I also find that mozzarella string cheese goes down easy and comfortable for me. I also can't do chicken but ground beef is ok such as chili and sloppy joe. I'm 5 weeks out.

Hi. I am 3.5 weeks out, and I have been having alot of problems eating and drinking. I was put on meats, cheese, soft veggies...pretty much anything since day 6. I think it was too early. I have been nauseaus and not wanting food (or drinks) I was taken off shakes (which I can't get down anyway) and yogurt. My question is, i know that we are supposed to eat yogurt with more protein than sugar, but since I'm having so much trouble, would it hurt to eat one that has 13g sugar and 11g protein? Even if just until I can eat better?
