Hello all,
It's very nice to meet you all and I am looking forward to sharing my journey with you.
I'm 12 days post op and I just don't want to eat. The idea of it still seems appealing at times (and I definitely miss the bite chew swallow process) but purees and babyfood, blended soup and protein shakes... I'll make it to eat or go to eat it and just not want it.
Also I don't want to drink and struggling to get enough fluids. Decaf tea and fresh lime in water is helping. I just feel like I'm way behind where I should be as far as protein and fluid and amt I can and do eat.
Any suggestions as to what I can do?
Thank you
