I am 3 months post-op RNY. We are going on s 7 day cruise in about 3 weeks and I am extremely anxious about the availability of all of the food. I have been telling myself that if I feel the need to snack, that it must be protein or veggies. Any other tips and suggestions are greatly appreciated!
