One week update

Hi everyone wanted to post my one week post-op weigh-in.

SW was 182lbs. Today I was 166lbs.

Goal weight is 120lbs and I can't wait to get there. It feels really good to see the scale go down for once.

I'm feeling good, not on pain meds anymore. Hair is falling though but was given a syrup three times a day, three times a week. I get really tired sometimes and just fall off to sleep for a few hour

I get really tired sometimes and just fall off to sleep for a few hours without meds. Not sure what's that about considering it never happened before.

Has the nausea stopped? I was just sleeved yesterday and the nausea started today. If that stops, I'll be ok

Maybe our bodies are just tired after having a major surgery, even though it's the least invasive, it's still major.

Have you checked your thyroid levels? I have a chronic thyroid illness so I know mine could also be attributed to that plus the surgery.

Did they give you any zofran or emitino for the nausea? Ask them for some and walk, walk, walk [emoji5]

I do have zolfran, but only took it twice. Does walking help with the nausea?

I'm not sure but it helps the gas leave.
