Has anyone tried liquid protein? I know I am not getting enough and I need to try something.

Thanks so much for the advice and encouragement.....I should try to take in more protein because I know I only get in about half of what I need since I stopped drinking the shakes post op...they just taste so bad now.

I am almost 2 months post op and I haven't lost any additional weight besides the first 30lbs... I don't know what to do to help jump start the weightloss again. Please help!

Hi everyone, I am going into week 5 I was sleeved on 6/19 and I have gained 3lbs! I just saw the doctor this week and he said I am doing fine, I'm even cleared for regular food. I am worried that I am gaining weight and not losing any right now. What should I do or what shouldn't I do at this point? Any meal ideas would be awesome also! Sw 238 CW 212 Gw 160ish

Hello everyone [emoji114]. I am 17 days post op and I am having a hard time finding things to eat. Everything I try upsets my stomach and I'm not hungry at all. Today I had a string cheese, and 2 bites of shredded chicken. Im nervous because I don't want to get in a habit of not eating. I need a plan, please help. I am day 5 post op and everything seems to be going well. The only issue I am having is that none of my appoved liquids appeal to me. I have mainly been drinking water and Gatorade.
