Protein Intake

I have a question about how others are making sure that they are meeting the requirements for protein intake. How are you doing this? I eat so little and am starting to get worried about how I can make sure I get enough protein daily. Just an FYI, I take medications for mental health that make me not hungry at all, so that also cut down on the amount of food I intake.

I was worried too. Its more important to eat 3x a day and focus on fluids, and vitamin intake. Ill eat yogurt or eggs since I'm only 4 weeks out, and feel great. The protein intake will increase, its important to protect your pouch right now.

This is so confusing to me, because I know that they want me to get 65g of protein. I'm four years (almost) post-op and I've read different forums on here and I'm still worried....

Greek yogurt, protein shakes, and cottage cheese are a win for me this week.

Has anyone tried liquid protein? I know I am not getting enough and I need to try something.IMG_2267.JPG
