Help, I need Iron suggestions

I can't swollen pills. Pre vsg I use to grind my iron pill and take it with a sweet juice to mask the taste. I need to find a liquid, gummy or not nasty chewable iron pill to rid my anima. Any suggestions??

    I love celebrate chewable iron pills! The chewable pills are better than the chews. Though their calcium chews are good.

    Canned clams, my go to breakfast. Low fat, high protein and high iron. I eat 1/2 a can mostly for breakfast, it fills me up and stays with me until lunch (with a small snack in between)
