Two scoops Garden of life and two scoops of Orgain & one pack of Costco frozen berry smoothie mix with blueberries raspberries and strawberries. That combined makes two perfect shakes within the guidelinesMs. Brightside

31 grams of protein in 1 shake. Remember that makes 2 smoothies though. I blend it with just over 2 cups of water & it makes 2 16oz. Smoothies
