Bra Strap Marks

I used to be triple D and the heaviness caused dark strap marks. I'm smaller now but the marks are still there. Tried OTC beaching cream for a few weeks but no luck. Anyone have other tips I can throw in the mix?

Aye, my shoulders are really sexy! And I can see my clavicle! Ready to show out in a new off-the-shoulder top.
