snacks

Hi all!

I am 10 months out. I am curious what you all eat for snacks. Fruit veggies? I have noticed that my snacks protein bars and nuts are higher in calories. Most of my calories are in snacks. I wanted to try something different yet still filling. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

I like to do cheese and meats. I especially love the Fiorucci Panino Proscuitto sticks that come in a tray (I get mine at the base Commissary, Walmart, and Vons/Safeway). The same company does the cheese with pepperoni and salami in trays as well, or you can get all three in a giant tray.

My go-to snacks include baked apples, dry roasted peanuts, pork skins, turkey pepperoni, beef jerky, turkey sausage sticks, string cheese, navel oranges, and cottage cheese.

Cheese, yogurt, pistachios, tzatziki dip with cucumbers and a about 4 blue corn tortilla chips at a time, role up deli meat and cheese, bounce protein balls ( sold in stores). Sleeved 9/6/16

Beef jerky, Greek yogurt. Muuna cottage cheese, popcorn, pringles baked pizza sticks, 3-5 ounces of fruit, 3 ounces veggies with plain greek yogurt mixed with dry ranch dressing packet, turkey and cheese

Berries, pistachios, protein bars, protein shakes, protein chips, string cheese, rice cakes, the occasional cookie.
