  1. This is your head hunger and food addiction giving you a hard time. relax and follow your doctor's orders it will get better soon I promise
  2. I would like to do a summer challenge also please
  3. You will notice you can tolerate more food the further out you get. Right now your stomach is still healing and as the swelling goes down there will be more room for food. You will also notice some food goes down a lot easier than others and you can eat more of it. Follow your doctors portion control and you will be fine.
  4. You won't stretch it out from liquids
  5. Hi all! I am 10 months out. I am curious what you all eat for snacks. Fruit veggies? I have noticed that my snacks protein bars and nuts are higher in calories. Most of my calories are in snacks. I wanted to try something different yet still filling. Any suggestions? Thanks!
  6. Gain 10 pounds and call it a day. I had to gain 15 to reach 40 BMI. Seems silly to gain 15 for weight loss surgery but I lost 100 in 6 months so well worth it
  7. Can I ask what you eat a day. I am stuck between 161 and 164. We have the same goal weight but you are loosing and I am stalled. Just curious what you are still doing and how far out you are. Thanks!
  8. My weight is 164. I keep yo yoing between 162 and 164. Can anyone help me break this 4 month stall?? I have 15 pounds left. Thank you!!
  9. Thanks!! My end goal is 145 I can adjust my goal if I make it to 150 I have been loosing really slow lately and in a stall hopefully this is what I need to get the last bit of the weight off!!
  10. I hope this is the string I reply on. My current weight is 161.4 my goal weight is 150. How long is this challenge?
  11. I am so jealous!! I wish I received that information. I can schedule an appointment with the nutritionists I guess but I would love to have a forever diet plan. So you eat a cup and a half of food a day? This makes me think I am eating way too much!! Is that information on line somewhere under your doctors office or something? I would love to get a copy of that
  12. Sounds like you have been very successful!! I didn't get a diet plan for anything past 3 months. You are eating a cup and a half of dense protein and then fruit or veggies correct?
  13. Great job!!!! I don't want to be the bearer of bad news but it was a long time before I wanted sweets and bread and fried foods again, those cravings will return and you will be fighting them again. Best way to fight them off is to never give in. Once you give in fighting them off is harder. I just wanted to prepare you. You look awesome!!! Great job!!!
  14. I want to participate. I am kind of new to this website. WIll the info be up for me to post on the 7th or will I have to search for it?
  15. I would say so. You get soo many nutrients you would never be able to eat. If you put some protein powder in it you could get your protein too. Much better than a premade protein drink
  16. I have a friend who is 5 years out and still at goal weight which is on the lower end of her healthy weight. I am only 8 months out myself so I would like to hear more from old timers who have been successful also
  17. My weight wasn't as high as yours I started at 270, but I lost 100 in the first 6 months and then it tapered off. You may not need to worry about loose skin.
  18. I am almost 8 months out and noticed the same thing. This is great advice thanks for sharing!!
