    WOW THATS REALLY GOOD! I HOPE I LOOSE RAPIDLY LIKE THAT AS NOW MY BEGINNING WEIGHT IS 393! JUST GOT MY APPROVAL FROM INSURANCE TO DO THE VSG! EXCITED AND SCARED ALL AT THE SAME TIME.
