  1. Hello everyone, I have not had any problems eating popcorn at all. In fact it was wonderful except for one problem...I started gaining weight. I researched it and found out it was called a "slider". Meaning that there are not a lot of calories, it is easy to eat a lot of it and there isn't any nutritional value to it, according to the research I found. It made me bloated, caused me some water gain, and I gained a few pounds overnight! I think as long as it is maybe the 100 calorie back, it is probably okay. Just watch your scale and how your stomach is feeling Good luck!
