I have stalled on my weight loss after 1 year post-op. Has this happened to anyone else and what have you done to start up weight loss again? I have about 40 lbs to go to get to goal. I haven't been to the gym in a while because we have moved out of state and now I have a rotator cuff injury. Hoping to start up with at least cardio. Any suggestions on diet though?

I have also stalled and need help! I have been seeing a nutrionist but I don't know if she really gets it. She now has me so confused. But I would love to hear responses for your question and hope it will help me too.

I gained 5 pounds back after a year - I stalled too and get seem to get back on track. Confused as to how much I should be eating right now - very frustrated!
