I use the "body for life" program- google it, it's easy and it works. Just pick one exercise per muscle group that day. You might grow out of it after a few months, but you don't spend 2 hours lifting everyday either.
I was getting a body shape I didn't like after about 50 lbs, so I started working out and have been very pleased with results.
