10 days post op indigestion

So I had surgery 10 days ago and have been doing pretty good but I forgot to take my antacid prescription for 2 days... I am in a lot of pain now.

I also have made a few big gulps of water by accident when I wasn't thinking.... could I have made a leak happen?

I am worried!!!

    I'd agree to contact your surgeon. I'm 9 days out and just today realized I could take a bigger sip than I normally could a few days ago. I think it may have caused you some extra gas but to be on the safe side, especially since your in pain, contact your surgeon.

    I've forgotten to take mine antacid as well a few days back. The Doc told me to take it now so I did. Not too much pain for the additional meals.
