Hey everyone! I love this app so much, it's really helped me and educated me beyond any research! One thing I haven't stumbled upon yet are "signs that tell you when you're full". I'm about to start my 2 week liquid diet and I was just curious some signs POST OP people have experienced - their body telling them they're full. I would appreciate everyone's feedback!

If you're serious about this surgery, you wouldn't question if you should sneak in ham. Obviously you're going to do what you want but you have to keep your eye on the prize and stick to the diet your surgeon gave you. Surgery: 04/11/17 SW:257 CW: 237 GW: 150

I lost 17 pounds on my pre-op diet. 20 total. I was just sleeved this past Tuesday. But keep in mind, not everyone is going to have the same pre-op diet. I had to do 4 protein shakes a day and drank a LOT of water. Drinking water is the key. Surgery: 04/11/17 SW:257 CW: 237 GW: 150 -

lol it's funny reading the suggestions for what to bring. Believe it or not, you're not going to want to read or crochet a blanket. You'll be too drowsy from all the meds, trust me. I'm just taking a month off. I wanna get comfortable adjusting since a lot will be changing. Weighing/measuring food etc -
Yeah........ I'm not saying I'm DEPENDING on when my body tells me when I'm full. I just see a lot of talk with people saying "their body lets them know they're full when......" I plan on measuring my food out, since this will be new to me and I have to learn as I go.
