  14. If you're serious about this surgery, you wouldn't question if you should sneak in ham. Obviously you're going to do what you want but you have to keep your eye on the prize and stick to the diet your surgeon gave you. Surgery: 04/11/17 SW:257 CW: 237 GW: 150
  15. I lost 17 pounds on my pre-op diet. 20 total. I was just sleeved this past Tuesday. But keep in mind, not everyone is going to have the same pre-op diet. I had to do 4 protein shakes a day and drank a LOT of water. Drinking water is the key. Surgery: 04/11/17 SW:257 CW: 237 GW: 150
  16. They were a waste Surgery: 04/11/17 SW:257 CW: 240 GW: 150

  18. Good luck Surgery: 04/11/17 SW:257 CW: 240 GW: 150
  19. lol it's funny reading the suggestions for what to bring. Believe it or not, you're not going to want to read or crochet a blanket. You'll be too drowsy from all the meds, trust me. But bringing slippers and your hygiene items is all you really need. The hospital has everything else Surgery: 04/11/17 SW:257 CW: 240 GW: 150
  20. Nothing bad happened. the gas pain was/is insane. I had a hernia in my esophagus that they had to take care of as well so I'm basically healing from 2 surgeries. Surgery: 04/11/17 SW:257 CW: 240 GW: 150
  21. I got sleeved yesterday! What an experience [emoji15] Surgery: 04/11/17 SW:257 CW: 240 GW: 150
