What? ??? I gained 2 pounds for no reason!

I'm sure there is an explanation. I have not changed anything. Still working out, walking, same diet. It has be Water weight or something. I am not getting discouraged. I'm at 14 weeks and very happy with my results so far.

It is probably water.. I doubt you're eating enough to re-gain that amount as fat..

Against typical advice here, I weigh myself everyday.. most times just to amuse myself.. I fluctuate between 3-4 lbs every 2 days. I only assess myself with my weekend weight.

Did you sleep pattern change? If I don't get enough sleep, my weight creeps up.
