It took me well over a month to get back to my DOS weight. And everyone in the universe seems to stall at 3 weeks.

I'm only a few weeks ahead of you, but I too lost weight slowly in the first few weeks. Just keep doing what you are doing. I was told the first 4-6 weeks should be focused on healing. Looks like you are getting plenty of Water and Protein, so just give it some time. The last couple of weeks, I've had nice losses and I'm in week 6. :)

Yes I’m at 3 weeks and I have maintained the same weight for a good while now? Can’t wait to see those numbers go down? I have lost some inches though!

I feel the same way. My surgery was nov17 and I was 20 pounds down. Well, I gained a few pounds back. Now, I have a 14 pounds total. This is day 10 after my surgery. I am so annoyed. I have been walking and using my elliptical. I am really annoyed. I want to drink a lot of water but I can’t because my stomach will start to hurt. Is that normal? I feel very sad and regretful at this moment. I want to see more results. And just calmed my thirst. [emoji24]
