2 week stall ???

I am 2 weeks post-op and I'm at a weight loss stall is that unusual to be at a stall in just two weeks.

I have lost 12 pounds and that's it...I'm stalled... I hope I'm not the only one on the planet for whom this surgery does not work

  • The weight loss in the first week or two is really dramatic- almost scary! I lost 15 pounds in the first week, but things will settle down to a healthier pace. Don't weigh yourself every day- may

You are right on target. I stalled at exactly 2 weeks, I stayed off of the scale for 5 days and lost another 5 lbs.

Don't weigh yourself every day- maybe every few days or once a week, at the same time of day, and you will notice more consistent progress!
