Omeprazole - need help taking

I am struggling pouring the capsules on my pudding. I am four days post op and tried mixing with Water but they didn't dissolve. I tried pudding today an it was terrible. I had to choke down. Any other ideas?

      Just be careful. I took the omeprazole and still got an ulcer. I am looking at bypass revision 3.5 months post op Monday because the ulcer won't heal. It is a serious issue that they are prescribing t
