I crave sweets like crazy now and never did before! I have to have a slurpee at least once a week..

I am 22 months out. High 225 now 122. Sugar is my slippery slope. Trying to cut out sugars again - that frozen Outshine juice pop is now a daily thing. Sugar in my coffee. I never had cravings like this. My strategy is to drink a glass of water and wait an hour. Congrats on the journey and success

Ah well, one can always have things with artificial sweetners can't they?
