Habatchi steak house

Hey everyone I am a little more than 6 weeks out and my friend is having a bachelorette party and doing dinner at a habatchi steak house. Any tips on what would be healthy to order?

I'm thinking chicken and veggies! Have fun and enjoy the socializing and good conversation. I'm only 3 weeks out so am totally guessing on the food. It really sounds like fun!

You could also order shrimp. I tolerate those well and did from week 4.

Stay away from the rice! I would go for the shrimp personally. Shrimp are not too calorie dense and when chewed well reduce to mostly Water. So you can feel like you are eating more normally with everyone else.

Whatever you do, don't drink alcohol. 6 weeks is still pretty close to surgery and you don't want to risk a bleed.
