    I do that too..my daughter asks now before she takes a drink if it has ACV in it so she doesn't take a drink..Haha

    I would dilute it more..add 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar instead of tablespoons to 1 cup Water and see if it's better..if not..start with 1 teaspoon.

    Does anyone drink ACV on a daily basis? What are your detox tonics?

    Mine is ACV, lemon, stevia, cinnamon and cayenne pepper in warm Water.

    I make mine similar to yours. I omit the lemon and use honey. (For now). I love extra cayenne though. Great drink!

    I've been wanting to try this too but concerned about using the ACV post surgery. Especially drinking a whole glass of it! It'd take me an hour :)
