January 10, 20179 yr easy food/ exercise tracking app that's simple to use @@cinderella8 Welcome to sleeveland I use MFP way to go for me good luck kathy
January 10, 20179 yr Do the folks who use my fitness pal use the free or paid version? I got annoyed at it showing me only calories unless I paid money.
January 10, 20179 yr I did the paid version of MFP because it let me decide what macronutrients are on my dashboard. Calories don't matter to me other than passing interest, I focus on the Protein and carbs now.
January 11, 20179 yr I use MyFitnessPal. I have the free version and it shows more than just calories. On the bottom of the Diary page click on Nutrition, and there are three tabs. the Calories tabs shows just calories. The Nutrients tab shows Protein, Carbs (breaking it down into Fiber and Sugars), Fat (breaking it down into Saturated, Polyunsaturated, Monounsaturated, and Trans), Cholesterol, Sodium, Potassium, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium and Iron. The Macros tab shows Carbs, Fat, and Protein with a little pie chart for the day.

January 17, 20179 yr I like the fitbit app Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G930A using the BariatricPal App You can actually get the best of both worlds - my wife likes to use myfitnesspal and then she got a fitbit and wasn't thrilled with the app. You can link the two, so your fitbit stats automatically merge into myfitnesspal.
January 17, 20179 yr I've tried a bunch. I like Lose It! the best so far. I paid for premium so that my steps would go over from my FitBit.
