  3. Surgery 10/13/16 HW: 250 CW: 202 Exercising a few times per week. Need to do more. I hoped to lose more but I am almost 62 and take an estrogen blocker since having breast cancer which makes you hang on to weight and lose hair. The doctor said keep doing what I am doing and the weight will come off. I use an app and log in everything. I end up taking in between 600-800 calories per day. No problem getting in my Water or Protein. It is still challenging some days. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  4. Fantastic!!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
