How many times a day?

What does everyone do based on eating? Do you find yourself doing 6 small meals a day? Less? More?

I was told to eat five, possibly six small meals a day. It is working out pretty well for five most of the time, although sometimes I end up with only four.

  • Same, 5-6 small meals. A meal can be one string cheese or an ounce of meat/fish with some mustard on it... Etc.

  • Early on it was 5 or 6 small meals. Now it is 3 meals with a snack in the afternoon.

I'm at around 2 or 3. Not hungry and I'm too busy.
