3 day camp retreat. What to pack

Monday I am going to a pastors gathering for 3 days. Oh they love to eat. Lol. Trying to figure out what to pack, just in case there's a majority of things I can't eat. Protein shakes and tuna packs are definitely going. Ohhh and lots of warm clothes. Any suggestions?

cooler with cheese sticks Protein bars and pork rinds for crunch if you are far enough out. I can make it with the shakes but sometimes I just want to EAT.

Had surgery a little over 3months ago so I can eat whatever, but again want it to be healthy. Its a camp retreat so I'm hoping to get some exercise in during down time as well

Jacks Links brand Turkey Jerky. Numbers are great and don't need refrigeration.
