Just got sleeved yesterday on Jan 6. It was like a walk in the park. Hardest part for me was waking up right after and having a little discomfort. Everybody is different and I will be the first to admit I have a low pain threshold. Good news is I wasn't too gassy. Good luck! I'm sure it will be a success.

The surgery went well. I'm mourning pizza now. The pain is manageable. Family is supportive. It is hard though with the hubby. He got a little jealous.

My surgery is on the 19th, super excited.

Got me a jealous husband too.. but sure if he's jealous because he wants the surgery too or because he's worried losing weight will make me feel superior and look for someone else?

He wants to lose weight too. His insurance doesn't cover it. It's really opened him up to talk about his emotions.
