  5. Been through this before and you will go, trust me. This is what I e done and it worked. Go in the bathroom and sit down. If you can run the facet. Turn off the lights. Then relax. Focus on the flowing Water. When you start feeling like you are going to go to rush it. Push down a little to help it out if need be. You need to relax. That's the biggest thing. Good luck!   7. Just got sleeved yesterday on Jan 6. It was like a walk in the park. Hardest part for me was waking up right after and having a little discomfort. Everybody is different and I will be the first to admit I have a low pain threshold. Good news is I wasn't too gassy. Good luck! I'm sure it will be a success.
