talk to your surgeon. it could be nothing - as in just a normal leg cramp, it could be low potassium as mentioned above, what you want to make sure it isn't is an early sign of a blood clot. so best t

My potassium levels were really low 3 days post op. My doc had me on an IV infusion of it and then liquid oral potassium supplement right before I was discharged. You should call your surgeon and let

Is it normal for 3 days after surgery to feel like you are about to have a cramp/Charlie horse on right calf?? Should I be worried. I began to walk and it kind of went away. Please let me know.
