Hi All,

Yesterday, I completed my last 6 month nutritional visit. I think it's now setting in that I'm about to have the RNY. I don't have a surgery date yet.

I don't know how I'm going to figure out how to set my liquids, eating, and Vitamin schedule from post surgery til forever. Is there an app for this? Paid or free?

You can use myfitnesspal for tracking.

@@Travelher, I use SparkPeople to track food. I guess I mean the timing of what time to take Vitamins, liquids, etc because you have to wait 30 minutes after you eat to drink, you can't take a Multivitamin with Calcium and Iron, etc. :-(

I guess I need a timer.

I use LoseIt! to track my food

I use Baritastic it has recipes, a journal, reminders etc and the medical team at my Doctors office has access to it.
