OK my one week post op #rny is tomorrow. The week before surgery I lost 17 pounds. But according to my home scales I've lost 2 pounds since surgery. ???? ???? ????. Before surgery I drank 3 Protein shakes a day and didn't exercise. The past 3 days I've increased my walking from .60 miles to 1.2miles today. I've gotten in my protein and my Water for 3 days. I've not even gotten close to 500 calories since surgery. How have I not lost more than 2 pounds? I did notice when I was discharged that I had gained 6 pounds. So do I count that in my weight loss chart? This is stressful.
