Help?!?

Just curious what might be going on. I feel like I'm full right up to my throat. Do I have food stuck or what. I've taken 4 papaya enzymes. Could it be GERD? It's driving me crazy. I've been like this for about 6 hours now.

Sorry I can't help. Never felt that. Walk and see if it helps. How far out from surgery are you? Did you eat a new food? Too much?

It may be a matter of one bite too much. I have done that twice and never again. It is so very uncomfortable. Never have taken papaya enzymes. Might just be some time that you need. Sorry for your struggle.

That happens sometimes. Try to make sure your foods are moist to avoid it getting stuck!
