Protein and Calorie Intake.

So today my calorie intake was 880 and protein 84 is that good?

    Are you still losing? The Protein is great. If you are still wanting to lose and are, then you are fine. You should not be counting calories at this point. Just stick to what works for you and if it's not doing what you need then go back to basics.

    Your protein sounds great. My goal is 80. I'm only 3 weeks post op and at about 650 calories a day. Have you been gaining muscle? And are you eating a lot of high fat foods? those might contribute to the weight gain
