Ain't even skinny yet

As it says, not there yet. I've lost 76lbs since January. I'm at 215lbs and wear a 16w. I am absolutely freezing. The only way I can get warm is hot baths. Wearing thermals under clothes and fuzzy socks daily. sleeping with an electric throw or heating pad. Sigh. Its 49° here and I chatter my teeth. How do skinny people handle it?

Lol - I'm freezing all the time also. I've been told my body will get used to less fat insulation eventually.

I have learned to layer and take my sweater with me at all times. movie theaters and food establishments keep it way too cold. having said that I have moved to sunny florida and only have about 5 or 6 days I have to wear shoes per winter. part of this is trying to keep it light but I do layer all the time and take the sweater with me in my car. good luck to you

I'm pre op, surgery is scheduled for 1/25 and I'm so happy to see you all are freezing! (Kidding). Seriously though I'm hot all the time and sweat when I barely do anything. I'm looking forward to not being sweaty. I'm hoping this surgery puts a stop to my makeup sweating off of my face.

It's hard to even sweat working out but at least I get warm doing it.
