My vsg was Dec 5. I too was very discouraged with post op weight loss so I have quit weighing for now. Instead I am focusing on walking and eating right. I see my nutritionist on the 12th and am hoping for nice surprise of weight loss. In the meantime I am feeling thinner and clothes are getting bigger. That has to be enough for me right now.

I was also sleeved on the 5th of December.

Don't concern yourself too much with weighing because it will come of just follow your Diet guidelines and have walks.

It's normal don't worry :)

I only lost 7 kg also but I'm happy because honestly I never lost that much my whole life.

Enjoy every winning no matter how small it is, remember that the person from before is fading away.

that is great progress. I was down 6.3kilos at that point. I'm at almost the 3 month mark and am down 25 kilos. Never in a million years would I describe that as slow weight loss. You need to relax your expectations a little or you are going to lose it when you hit a stall or gain a kilo (which I've done in two of my stalls since starting). it is all part of the process.
