  5. awittywoman actually no, because the day after I was with some family that don't know that I was sleeved, and they were insisting for me to stay for dinner, and you know family especially grandmas, it's like you have to stay. So if I didn't lie that I had an emergency, something bad was going to happen. And i don't want to be in the same situation again since my friends party (the day after) was a family party and not in a restaurant.   6. Now that I had this surgery I just put food in this perspective " So My friends are eating pizza right? Good for them because it's not me gaining the extra calories" that's how I see it now Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  7. I was also sleeved on the 5th of December. Don't concern yourself too much with weighing because it will come of just follow your Diet guidelines and have walks. It's normal don't worry I only lost 7 kg also but I'm happy because honestly I never lost that much my whole life.   9. I've been doing Owkay. I'm from Mozambique, but currently studying and was sleeved in South Africa (Cape Town).   13. Hi everyone I'm 3 weeks post op and I'm terrified because tomorrow is my friends birthday (a lunch ) and I don't know if I should go. I'm keeping my surgery private, so it's going to be weird just being there and not be able to eat. I'm really thinking of not going but this friend is a very close friend. What should I do sleevers?
