How much lettuce?

So just curious how much lettuce can you eat at once? With like meats and veggies I can only eat 1/4 to 1/3 of a cup depending on what it is, I swear with lettuce I measure out 1/2 cup and I never feel satisfied. Anyone else have this issue at all?

Not much. It's worthless, really. It won't keep you full like Protein. Like, I love a salad but after I eat the meat and cheese out of it I am done. If I use it in place of bread (like a chicken wrap

I only eat a bite or two of lettuce because I just don't have room for more if I am eating my protein too. Lettuce won't fill you up in the same way.

Not much. It's worthless, really. It won't keep you full like Protein. Like, I love a salad but after I eat the meat and cheese out of it I am done. If I use it in place of bread (like a chicken wrap or around a burger) I will finish all of it cause it's just one leaf. I'm not eating half a head of lettuce just because.
