I have my surgery in 2 days and will definitely try this recipe out when I'm cleared to do so. What made day 1 and 2 so awful for you? I'm trying to know what to expect! Thanks. Sent from my iPhon

I am one week post op and feeling great! Days 1 & 2 were hell but I was much better by day 3. I'm getting in all of my Water and Protein but still deal with that grumbling, clenching, rolling, hot contraction like pain from time to time. I've lost 30lbs in the past three weeks, 21 of which were pre op.
I wanted to share this Protein shake recipe with you bc to me it's better than a real chocolate shake. I use Bariatric Advantage chocolate (2 scoops), 4-5 pieces of ice, 1 cup of vanilla almond milk, and one capful of DaVinci Gourmet sugar-free caramel syrup. I blend it in my magic bullet for about 30 seconds and voila!! Chocolate perfection!!! I can drink these forever and never get tired of them.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
