Protein

I'm 8 weeks out and really having trouble getting my Protein in. I can't eat enough food to get the protein and I just can't stomach the shakes anymore. Any suggestions?

@@brather You need to transition to unflavored Protein and incorporate it into the foods you're eating. You can add it to any hot or cold beverage, Soups, soft foods, yogurts, etc. There are many brands like Quest, Isopure, Syntrax, GENEPRO, as well as powders made from plant Proteins, too.

Yes unflavored Protein into yogurt, mashed potatoes, unsweetened applesauce, crystal light, or your coffee. I'm almost 7 weeks out and that's what I have to do cuz I can't stomach the shakes anymore
