Plz tell me this is normal, having a hard time keeping Water down. I keep vomiting. Feels like a burp is stuck and I walk and walk, but after awhile I just throw up.

It really is just gas and keep moving but it will pass and you will feel better I'm 9days out and feel too normal it scares me

yes my surgery date was on 11/18 and inwas feeling the same , try gas-x strips they really really help hope u feel better

I felt really nauseous for the first 4 days after surgery. Everything made me feel nauseous from Water to the meds I was prescribed for the nausea. I know it might be little comfort but it does get better. Very small sips. It might help. I had my surgery 3 weeks ago and feel really good now. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon.

I was exactly the same, it will pass over a couple of days, over here we are given antis sickness tablets to suppress the urge to vomit, you might want to ask for these. Good luck

Some people throw up because they can't tolerate the pain meds. I hope you feel better soon.

Dehydration makes you feel nauseated. Make sure you sip water. Call your doctor if you can't get water down, your urine gets dark, etc.

Thanks for the reassurances, he brings a little peace of mind. But holy deal wasn't expecting this. But knowing I am alone makes it a bit better, a bit. ????

I was sleeved on 11/16 and was very nausea. Ended up being that I had an allergic reaction to the pain meds they were giving me, once they made the switch to another i was just fine.

Ask your doctor for nausea meds. I felt the same way especially after taking pain meds. Once I took my nausea meds it quickly went away
