  5. I'm able to drink 2 oz of decaf coffee each morning.. Full after that.. I keep the same coffee in cup so that i don't waste remainder and keep using..   6. I just started purée stage today as well. Pressure cooked chicken puréed is really good.. Can't go wrong with mashed potatoes with melted cheese or mashed cauliflower with cheese either! throw it in blender.. It's fabulous!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  12. I was sleeved on 11/16 and was very nausea. Ended up being that I had an allergic reaction to the pain meds they were giving me, once they made the switch to another i was just fine. SW~ 329.4 CW ~ 298.7 Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  13. I use Atkins shakes, syntha 6 and also at Vitamin shoppe they have their brand of Isopure called Body Tech.. It's cheaper and to me it taste better. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  14. Milk of Magnesia worked for me! I was sleeved on Nov. 16 and my doctor said i could start taking it the next day when i got home. I take 1/2 a dose every couple of days as i have always had trouble. Once I start purée/ soft foods i will incorporate more fiberous foods which should help resolve problem on its own.
