I still measure and weigh..then I don't need to worry about it. When I'm out I eyeball, put the food on my plate in what looks like my normal portion and don't reach for more.

Measure everything. I am 14 months out from surgery and still measure everything. 95% of the time I will automatically portion out the exact portion amount by site but I still measure it to be sure it was right.

Same as everyone said. It is so easy to add just a little bite extra here and there. Measure at least until you are positive about how much you are to have. Good Luck
