I still measure and weigh..then I don't need to worry about it. When I'm out I eyeball, put the food on my plate in what looks like my normal portion and don't reach for more.

Don't look for a physical sensation, weigh out a small portion of food and just eat that. If you find you overate, make sure to weigh out a smaller portion next time.

Measure everything. I am 14 months out from surgery and still measure everything. 95% of the time I will automatically portion out the exact portion amount by site but I still measure it to be sure it

Anybody in here know when they're overheating I mean I know your belly gets tight but I don't want to eat till I'm full and it's very hard
