I would love for everyone who has a surgery date in December to join! lets be a great support system for each other and go on this journey to a better us with great friends. Share our success and failures along the way, cheer each other on, wether you already have support from your family and friends or from nobody at all like I've unfortunately seen from some, lets make sure we definitely have each other to lean on! btw they say you normally gain weight around the holidays, are we crazy?! haha

Mexico was my second voice if Cigna did not approve me but to my surprise , Cigna approved me in 5 days and since it's end of year and I have been to doc plenty, 'my remaining balance on deductible was $17 for my hospital stay. Thank you God. I was elated ????????

Wow that is fantastic. I was definitely not going to get approved since I'm a low bmi of 33 so I have to pay out of pocket.

I'm having surgery on the 6th in Mexico with Maytorena but I'm going to get there on the 5th to have to to rest and sightsee before surgery . I'm so anxious and nervous. I just want to get it over with. I'm starting my liquid diet tomorrow. My doctor told me to only do a 3 day diet, but I figured I might as well try to do at least 5 days to see how much weight I can lose before hand and start getting my body ready to eating less.
