  20. I know what you mean on the shots, I am a diabetic and I had a really hard time giving myself shots at first. My best advice for that is don't think about it and just do it. I would sit there for like 45 minutes trying to psych myself up, and in the end I still had to give myself the shot, so just do it.   21. I start my pre-op diet on Monday and for the last couple of days I have been trying to see how long I can make it on liquids. It has not gone well so far.   22. I'm nervous too, I know I need it but you hear so many horror stories on these sites. I've heard lots of success stories as well though.
