I would say that you are not getting enough food or nutrition to keep up with being on your feet so much. Your body is still healing. What stage are you in on your plan? There needs to be food/puree

I'm still on "full" liquids until this Friday... I'm meeting Protein and liquid goals but maybe it's not enough? It's hard enough to consume what I've been! -Chris

Are you taking a bariatric Multivitamins? It may be something to consider. Sent from my SM-T350 using the BariatricPal App

So today was my first day back to work (I am a server/bartender) and about three hours into my shift I felt horrendous...
Had my sleeve done 10/28
My diet consists of 2 Protein shakes and a Greek yogurt and sometimes a sugar free snack at night. Today I brought my yogurt to work with me.
In the past, I'd keep myself running by taking sips of soda here and there and now that I'm doing only Water I feel like I just worked out to the point I'm going to throw up!
I feel dizzy and light headed. Anybody experience this? Anybody have some advice?
Thanks!
-Chris
