1. I had Dr. Watkins perform my surgery on 10/28 at UC. I had a wonderful experience and I'd definitely recommend! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App[/url
2. I blend the powder at cold or room temperature. It always gets clumpy when it's hot (at least for me) I use my bullet blender to mix the Soup and powder while still cold then heat up what im having. Works like a charm! I even mix it in with my flavored Water now. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App[/url

4. I step on the scale daily as well and have just started to see this (I am 3 weeks post op). I've also just been cleared for no restrictions at the gym so that has picked up. I will go to weekly weigh ins to keep my sanity. Thanks everyone! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App[/url

9. I hiccup all the time now. I'm nearly 3 weeks post op. Very annoying, but I'm glad it's not painful. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App[/url
10. I'm still on leave, but will be going back next Monday. It'll be three weeks and I have a desk job. I used short term disability. Pain really wasn't the issue, but the constant sipping and daily focus of hitting Protein goals can be an all day event. Also, since the body is healing and the extreme lack of calories I've felt very tired. Request whatever time you can just to be safe. 12. I was also sleeved on 10/28. I haven't went back to work yet, but I notice when I do go out to the grocery or anywhere I get really worn out quickly. Hang in there! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App[/url
13. Hi I just had it 10/28, so yesterday. I get some extreme nausea over gas pains, but overall my gas pains haven't been as often as I was anticipating. Get well! And stay in Touch if you'd like. 23. I just wanted to come on and say that I feel incredibly blessed to have such a great support system throughout this process. Tomorrow I start my medical leave and get sleeved early tomorrow morning. I've been on a 2 week liquid diet and my colleagues decided to have a surprise Protein shake lunch with me! I feel extremely blessed and wish this kind of support for WLS was shown everywhere! 29. I'm day 2 on my 2 week liquid diet. Mine is required for liver shrinking. We were told at our pre-op class that if they go in and the liver isn't the size it should be because someone didn't follow the diet they won't perform the surgery. I know I can do this and I'm already down 4 pounds. I just hope it gets a little easier. 32. Hi Everyone! I'm being sleeved on 10/28 and I wanted to see if there were any suggestions on what to bring to the hospital. I'll be staying at least a night. I'm bringing a set of comfy clothes, toothbrush, hair brush, some gas-x strips.. is there anything that I might not be thinking of? I'm so excited, but also kind of nervous.
