6 wk checkup

Omg, when i got on the scale today at the dr, i wanted to scream. 40lbs in a month? I dont own a scale at home. I know i had lost a great bit of weight just trying on clothes. Ive gone from a 3x to a xl, and thats freaking amazing. Im concerned that i cant get my Proteins in. I had gallbladder, and hernia surgery when they did my sleeve so he hasnt released me to get back into the gym. So ill stick to my walking. But i need to know do you guys have any ideas for this Protein that i got today? powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury, unflavored. Congrats on the loss! Unflavored protein can be added to yogurt, pudding, refried beans, soup, coffee, tea, sugar free drinks, and pretty much anything you can mix it into. Be careful on the temps so it doesn't clump.

Heat soup, sauce, etc. (if using in food you will eat hot) to 140 degrees Fahrenheit and then let it cool a couple of degrees before stirring in the Protein powder to avoid clumps and gritty taste.
